Steven M. Garber
ATTORNEY
Mr. Garber, an experienced litigator, is the managing member of the firm and has been practicing law since 1991. He oversees and manages all aspects of the firm’s various practices including serious personal injury matters, product liability claims, nursing home abuse and wrongful death actions. Mr. Garber also has developed a significant practice representing individuals charged with criminal matters and as well as charges of driving under the influence. The firm also represents clients interests with regard to transactional matters including business formation and real estate, both commercial and residential, and tax appeals and IRS tax matters involving liens, tax abatements and offers in compromise. Mr. Garber is admitted to practice as an active member of the Bar in the State of New Jersey, and is an inactive member of the Bar in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and State of Arizona. He has also been admitted and qualified as an attorney before the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Garber is a graduate of Emory University and the Villanova School of Law and resides in Cherry Hill with his wife and two teenage children.
Steven J. Jozwiak

Mr. Jozwiak is a tax attorney and CPA with experience in all tax matters, both federal and state and has been practicing law since 1982. His areas of speciality include tax audits, IRS appeals, abatement of tax penalties, offers in compromise, payment plans, IRS liens, IRS levies and property seizures, wage garnishment, innocent spouse relief, bankruptcy, criminal investigations, tax evasion and abusive tax shelter schemes. He is a graduate of Rutgers College and Delaware Law School and obtained an L.L.M in Taxation from NYU. Mr. Jozwiak resides in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey.
Elura Nanos

Ms. Nanos is an accomplished attorney, entrepreneur, and media personality. She began her career working in the area of public interest law, as a trial attorney in the child abuse and neglect division of the NYC Administration of Child Services. She then moved on to the corporate sector as a commercial litigator. Elura counsels the firm in the areas of employment discrimination and civil rights, as well as mass torts.
Robert Garber

Robert Garber was admitted to practice law in 1969 and is an experienced multi-faceted attorney who has represented clients for almost fifty years in areas of business litigation, serious personal injury, family and matrimonial litigation and estate work. He is a graduate of Drexel University and the Temple University Law School.
